Terms of service
Last updated: 13 October 2026
These terms apply when you book, buy, train with us (in person or online) or use Movement With Karim, run by Karim Al Khatib. By doing so, you agree to them.
Who we are
Movement With Karim offers 1 on 1 movement coaching, session packages, online courses and products.
Orders and payment
Orders are paid by cash at a session, Whish or a payment link. Prices are shown on the site at the time of your order. An order is confirmed when Karim marks the payment as received. Unpaid orders may be cancelled after a set time.
Coaching and health
Coaching is not medical treatment. Results are individual and not guaranteed for everyone. Tell your coach about any injury, surgery or medical condition, and get medical clearance when needed. You confirm the health information you give us is accurate, and you will stop and tell your coach if something hurts or feels wrong.
Courses
Course access is personal. Sharing your account or recording course content is not allowed.
Booking and cancelling sessions
To cancel or move a training session, give us at least 24 hours' notice. With less notice, or if you do not attend, the session counts as used.
Our content
All programs, videos, courses, text, images and logos belong to Movement With Karim. You may use them for your own training only. You may not copy, resell, share or re-upload them.
Children
Children are coached only when a parent or legal guardian applies for them, approves before we start, and is responsible for the child's participation.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for injury or loss that comes from your own training choices or from not following our guidance. This does not limit anything the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
